The bulk specialist
Since its inception in 1999, Agrobulk has specialised in the unloading and storage of bulk products. Strategically located near the port, the efficiency of Agrobulk has brought an added value service to its customers by enabling the ships to reduce their transit time in the port. By ensuring the quality of part of some 140,000 tons of raw materials imported each year for the production of animal feed, Agrobulk Ltd participates fully in the capacity building of Mauritian livestock breeding.
When the recipients have checked the quality of their shipments, the goods are unloaded by Agrobulk Ltd. The raw materials are then conveyed to specifically ventilated warehouses installed in the Riche-Terre industrial zone up to international norms.
With a strong presence in the animal feed sector, Agrobulk has developed an expertise for an optimal conservation of raw materials. Agrobulk Ltd operates also a silo and a warehouse for the storage of maize within the port area.
