Madagascar
In Madagascar, the Group operates the following companies:

Management & Development Co Ltd. provides a range of strategic services to the group companies operating locally, including strategic development and performance, financial management, human resources and internal audit.

LFL  produces a wide variety of animal feed in support of the Malagasy farming community.

Avitech SARL is in chicken farming and sales

Panagora Marketing is involved in food distribution and marketing, particularly flour produced by Les Moulins de la Concorde Ltée.

Freight & Transit Ltd. offers cargo handling services.

Poultry exports
Food & Allied Industries Ltd. exports broiler parents stock chicks to several countries in Africa, namely Uganda, Tanzania, Zanzibar and Kenya.

In addition, the company provides to chicken farmers a much-important advisory and after-sales service.

Mozambique
The Food & Allied Group is a member of the consortium, which purchased and now operates the Companhia Industrial da Matola SARL in Mozambique.

This large industrial complex is involved in the production of wheat and maize flour, semolina and pasta.

Warehousing, Cold Storage and Logistical Facilities
With the expansion of the Mauritius Freeport, the Group is a strategic partner in providing economic operators with new warehousing, cold storage and logistical facilities to support the rapidly growing trade between Asia and Africa.
