The company spearheads the Food & Allied Group activities, overseeing the performance and strategic development of Group companies. Management and Development Co Ltd ensures the cohesive sharing of enterprise culture and values throughout the Group.

Thus the company sets the direction and culture of the Group, in Mauritius and within the Region.

Investment
MADCO is at the heart of a diversified group of companies, which has evolved from agro industry to services, including the hotel sector, and is currently moving into Integrated Resort Scheme (IRS) projects.

The company works in close cooperation with local and international financial organisations, including banks, and private investors.

MADCO plans and coordinates the investments of the Group in development projects, which can help the Group fulfill its role, grow and maintain its commitment to Mauritius and the Region.

The company provides specific services to Group companies, based on a management agreement. These services include the following:
